A state of the art supermarket is just ten minutes away and there are three shopping centers within a quarter mile. Many restaurants are within walking distance. A minibus serving George Town (one mile away) passes every 15 minutes on West Bay Road near the condo.

This is an ocean front one bedroom ,one bath (754 sq. ft.) condo with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and private screened porch for al fresco dining. There is a king bed in the bedroom, two full size futons in the living room, central air conditioning, and ceiling fans. The condo also has cable TV, DVD player, and wireless Internet hookup for long term rental.

Washer and dryer are in the condo, with all linens (including beach towels) provided. You'll also have access to a fresh water swimming pool, private white sand beach, lounge chairs, and tennis court.
